all-new computer designed for maximum power and reliability.
Available in single, double, triple, and quadruple
reduction. Offered in both horizontal and vertical
output shaft configurations with solid, flanged and
hollow shaft options. Designed to meet or exceed AGMA
gear rating standards. All helical and bevel gearing
is carburized, hardened, and ground to AGMA quality
11 minimum. Optimized tooth forms achieve smooth meshing
and low noise operation. Housing is designed using
Finite Element Analysis for maximum rigidity and minimum
weight. Generously proportioned shafts are mounted
on roller bearings selected to provide long life and
reliability. Labyrinth or lip seals are provided depending
on the speed and power of the application. Grease
purged (Taconite) seals are optional. Splash lubrication
is used when the application permits. A variety of
circulating oil systems is available.
