Description

Toothed sprockets with matching toothed flat belts to provide timed, non-slip transmission of power between two shafts.

Features/Benefits

Positive, non-slip belt drive. Suitable for applications over wide speed range, including very slow RPM. No lubrication required. An appropriate drive alternative to roller chain drive up to #100 pitch or larger.

Technical data

Capacity from fractional to over 250HP at motor speeds. Operating speed range capability from 0 to over 3000 RPM. Stock drive ratio selections available from 1:1 to over 6:1. Drive efficiency is typically 98%. Center distance range from under 1-1/2" to over 120". HT150 drive rated at 150% of HT100 (HTD) drive.

Sizes / Housing Styles Available

Dyna-Sync: XL, L, H, XH, and XXH pitch, TAPER-LOCK and minimum plain bore sprockets, 10 to 120 teeth. HT100: Metric pitch 5MM, 8MM, 14MM and 20MM, QD and minimum plain bore.
